Product Introduction
Raspberry powder is a versatile ingredient derived from raspberries, offering a concentrated form of the fruit's nutrients and flavor. It is widely used in both culinary and health-related applications due to its nutritional benefits and ease of use.
Production Process
The production of raspberry powder typically involves either freeze-drying or spray-drying processes. Freeze-drying involves freezing the raspberries and then removing the moisture under vacuum, preserving the natural flavors and nutrients. Spray-drying is another method where the raspberry juice is sprayed into hot air, instantly evaporating the water content, leaving behind a powder. Both methods help retain the fruit's nutritional value and flavor.
